Shipping Policy
Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text notification. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or the shipping carrier, including delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping concerns must be addressed directly with USPS or the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Local pickup orders must be picked up within the communicated pickup timeframe unless other arrangements have been made.
