Return Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Please double check all order details, including sizing, colors, personalization, and shipping information before placing your order.

Returns will only be considered if an item was received incorrectly due to an error on our part. If this occurs, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

Approved return items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange Policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for sizing, color selection, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect information entered at checkout.

However, if an error was made on our part and you received the wrong item, size, or design, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Approved exchanges for shop errors must be brought to our designated pickup location in exchange for the correct item. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all order details, including sizing, colors, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues must be handled directly with USPS or the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
